Joe Holland is the owner and senior engineer for NELA Broadcast
Consultants, LLC. Mr. Holland start in broadcasting many many
years ago working as an on air talent/engineer for a mid-power AM
broadcast station spinning vinyl. Mr. Holland quickly moved up
and worked in FM before taking a direction away from broadcast.
Realizing his passion for broadcast, Mr. Holland returned in FM
broadcast working as an engineer/On air talent. In 1999 Mr.
Holland accepted the calling of working in Television as the
Assistant Chief Engineer of a small Fox station, the rest was
history.
Joe Holland has been the Chief Engineer for full power and
low power television stations in the Southeast region.
Mr. Holland has built out Control rooms, full power and low power
NTSC and ATSC transmission plants, and coordinated the move of
several control rooms. He has operated as a consultant with
FM radio, and television stations through out
Louisiana and Mississippi. Mr. Holland is an FCC Extra class
Amateur radio Operator.
Mr. Holland is also active in his community. He serves as a
contact Volunteer Examiner through W5YI VEC and teaches amateur
radio classes. He serves as a webmaster for several websites,
including his local ham club, and the local Geocaching website in
his area. He has also served in many civic organizations.

broadcast needs are met.
NELA Broadcast Consultants', LLC also owns and operates an internet hosting company which
provides low cost website hosting for personal, civic, and not for
profit organizations. All the servers, and equipment used is
owned and operated by NELA Broadcast Consultants, LLC.
